Kristi Birk Steinberg, M.Ed., NASM-CPT, CSCS

Kristi has resided in Oklahoma for over 30 years. She received her bachelor’s degree at the University of Oklahoma with a focus in English Literature and Secondary Education, and her master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma.. She has educated students within public and private school settings and has taught grades kindergarten through 12th grade. She has held director and administrative roles in regards to technological integration and curriculum development. She has developed websites for programs like KeepMovingOKC and restaurants such as Boulevard Steakhouse and Cafe 501.

Kristi is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She has over 15 years in fitness and wellness development and education. From playing sports in college and training athletes to working with people who have never experienced a wellness plan, Kristi enjoys helping develop programs for individuals who are looking to better themselves through physical and wellness activity. She is certified in RYT200 yoga, barre, personal training other various fitness classes. As a certified D level U.S. Soccer coach, she also works with recreational and competitive goalkeepers and field players.

Kristi is actively involved in the community with groups such as LINC Oklahoma, New Leaders Council Oklahoma, Oklahoma Women’s Coalition, United Way of Central Oklahoma Emerging Leaders, HerFlag, ReMerge, and League of Women Voters of Oklahoma City/Oklahoma County.

Kristi is married to Garrett and their 6 year old daughter, Birkley, is their shining star and most proud accomplishment.
