I was kicked out of my first yoga class in 2012. I was at Gold’s Gym trying out a beginning class, and I decided to answer a text on my phone. Oops.
I tried it again in 2014- it was hard and I hated it. I started to plateau in my workouts and knew I needed to switch it up. As I continued on with my practice, I realized I was able to grow physically, mentally and emotionally. Now- 9 years later- I have an appreciation I want to share with the world!!
